•Assist in managing the process of developing integrated strategic and operational plans for the project
•Assistance in preparation of presentations for strategic issues and phase transition proposals at decision committees such as Steering Committees
•Review contract drafts to ensure adequacy of engineering schedule requirements within these contracts. Co-ordinates development of all data forming approved contract costs to support project schedule.
•Manage the process of reviewing and approving all Contractors submitted schedules.

•Manage the preparation of scheduling presentations for the PMC, Yong-In LRT Co., and Contractors as required
•Prepare Schedule reporting formats for routine project reports to the owner and the Korean government.
