  • I effectively supervised all planning and programming task required during construction.
  • I integrated all Nominated subcontractor’s programme to the Master programme.
  • I was in-charge in the preparation and maintenance of the project as-built programme and close out schedule.
  • Regular monitoring and reporting of progress works against the contractual schedule.
  • Liaison, preparation and issue of all time impact programmes to substantiate / support claims (if applicable). Prepare feedback reports for all production rates of all tasks at the post construction stage.
