•       Lead a team of 12 planners to oversee a portfolio of over 14000 project schedules across 27 technologies.

Lead Planner / Project Manager – (Secondment to London Underground Ltd)

Successfully deliver a Barge before dead line with cooperation of Project team. Awarded with another Barge conversion project to end date. Involved in a few FPSO project and repair works of retrofitting with short durations.

Produce Master Programme and Project Control of all projects in Organization. Monitor Sub-Contractors programmes and evaluate vendors etc..
