Drove a team of designers on 2 Design & Engineering Projects, a hotel and a National landmark project in parallel. Assist to troubleshoot on a new system to monitor and manage resources for the Hotel Project.
I am currently the only planner within a large Subsea Engineering department responsible for the creation and maintenance of sometimes small sometimes extremely large project plans using Primavera P6. I have also used MS Project previously aswell. I have up to 10 plans for which I am responsible for and liaise with the team leads and Project Engineers to gain weekly updates.
