As a Manager of Project Controls for AECOM’s responsible for overseeing project controls staff including coordinating with key stakeholders across AECOM in the development and implementation of project control standards, procedures and protocols to ensure alignment and consistency; providing direction, guidance and training for staff development and in expanding the scope and visibility of project control services to AECOM’s internal as well as external customers.

Manager of Project Controls Group responsible for overseeing staff of 25 project control professionals assigned to various projects and programs. Led the development and implementation of an Enterprise-Wide Web based Integrated Project Control System to support Port Authority's 5 year - 9 billion dollar Capital Program.

As a Corporate Director of Project Controls for Ogden Environmental and Energy Services, supervised implementation of project controls for multiple large projects and programs and reported directly to the Senior Vice President of Program Management, headed a task force for streamlining project controls and administrative procedures and achieving an annual cost benefit of $5 million to the corporation.

As a Project Controls Manager of the Fresh Kills Landfill Leachate Mitigation project, responsible for instituting a change order management system, earn value reporting, and schedule controls

for a consent order driven project that stipulated 45 contractual intermediate milestones each carrying a penalty of $15, 000/day.

Working for  the contracting company as Project Controls Manager, develop and maintain highrise building schedules.
