Planning& Scheduling Engineer

Convert daily General services (Fabrication, Welding, Painting, Lagging, Rigging/crane services & Third Party contractor) maintenance SAP notifications to Orders according to their priority. Material management using SAP MM. Change management, Risk management, prepare Level 4 P6 plans. Shut down management, produce weekly maintenance plans. Attend Weekly plant Maintenance meetings. Liaison big projects with Project team. PSSR (Pre start up Safety Review) leader in major Turnaround (T/A) 2010.

Working on guiding, reviewing, controlling majer tasks of all involved sections in project.

Sharing the Project Director and project teams in discussing, solving issues, and obstacles that may affect on project schedule, and advise the higher managment to made the appropriate decisions.

Fire Systems Electrical Engineer, 

• Design of Fire Alarm and Halon 1301 System as per NFPA Codes.
• Tender and bid preparations, estimates, costing for supply, installation, maintenance of fire suppression (Halon 1301) and fire alarm system.
• Survey and assessment of actual site condition for pipe routes, supports and orientation of gas cylinders.
• Calculate volumes of rooms, floor voids and ceiling voids of the room to be protected.

1. Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera P6 software.
2. Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS excel, Access, Good Knowledge about Primavera P6 Version 8.3, SAP and MIS.
3. Identify the Project Deliverables, Milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system.
