Primary Responsibilities are supporting the project manager in producing reports, recommendations, Planning, Earned value, Risk, and cost management.
Secondary responsibilities are supporting Contracts, Claims, enginering, change management.
• Set up Detailed Baseline schedules for new projects or tender schedules for Tenders
• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
• Resolving design and development problems
• Managing budgets and project resources
• Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
• Assist the Discipline Coordinators in identifying and scheduling in detail the operations required

Experienced in planning, scheduling, resource / cost loading, project control, monitoring progress, preparing reports, dashboards, earned value management and risk assessment. Familiar with a variety of delay analysis methodologies; windows time-slice, time-impacted analysis, impacted as planned, as-built vs. as-planned.

Receive new work order package, Arrange kick of meeting with client, Design, procurement, Quality Control, Construction, Logistics and any third party contractor. Make Level 4 P6 plans. Follow up with planning, execution & close out of the project. Raise flag on low efficiency of activities. Risk Assessment, Cost management, change management at regular intervals. SITE delivery & installation of manufactured projects. Commissioning of Plant Equipments.
