• Set up Detailed Baseline schedules for new projects or tender schedules for Tenders
• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
• Resolving design and development problems
• Managing budgets and project resources
• Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
• Assist the Discipline Coordinators in identifying and scheduling in detail the operations required for Project execution and completion
• Monitoring variations in program relating to site activities and preparing progress reports
• Preparation of format and analysis to expedite work at site.
