• Planning and scheduling construction enabling works from design (engineering) to completion.
• Responsible for accuracy and integrity reporting of all concurrent projects.
• Design and reporting of high level documents to customer / client and directorship.
• Optimise reporting systems efficiency.
• NEC Contract and subcontractor resource management.
• Develop multi-discipline (Premises, Mechanical, Electrical, and Communications) programme based on RIBA design / Scope Documentation.
• Ensure programmes meet NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract specifications.
• Site based progress management.
• Work package costing, resourcing, schedule implementation and analysis.
• Ensuring P3e coding and structure is correct across the BTR team when entering periodic lockdown and submission to LUL.
• Ensuring quality and timely submission of team Period Performance and KPI reporting.
• Incorporating 4 year strategic plan into P3e, and ensuring accuracy.
• Commercial loading of programmes and resources, maintaining figures though out the reporting cycle.
• Horizontal (non trunk) cabling sequencing and integration of building works programme.
• Develop, initiate and integrate WLAN programme (T5A and T5B) from design and specifications.
• Liaising with other affiliate members to drive resolutions to relevant high level issues and concerns
• Managing the quality of practices and procedures employed by Atkins’ planners.
• Earned Value analysis, CPI, SPI and S- Curves to Commercial and Directorship on a periodic basis
• Periodic resource analysis for both short and long term equipment and labour forecasts.
• Management interface between Scope Designers, Project Planners and Delivery Areas.
• Determine work capacity requirements and facilitate program tracking and reporting.
• Responsible for Line of Route information located within the WCRM central database (iPCS).
• Design, develop and implement procedures to ensure project scope and progress are updated and accurate.
Having about 33 years of total experience. Out of which more then 20 years, I have been working in Project Planning, of M&E Services. I am profecient in Planning, Scheduling, Resource loading, Cost Control, Progress Monitoring, Updating of programme, and Prep. of KPIs, Productivity reports and Claim presentation etc. The M&E Building services includes HVAC( Air-conditioning) , Electrical Power and lighting, Plumbing, Fire Alarm system, Building management Systems Projects. I have been using Various Computer Software, namely Primavera (P3 & P3e), Asta Power Project, MS Projects.
