• Management interface between Scope Designers, Project Planners and Delivery Areas.
• Determine work capacity requirements and facilitate program tracking and reporting.
• Responsible for Line of Route information located within the WCRM central database (iPCS).
• Design, develop and implement procedures to ensure project scope and progress are updated and accurate.
• Use of Primavera P3 to breakdown project scope, enabling transfer of information between database and spread sheets for analysis, reporting and spreading
• Liase with Project Planners to forecast project spreads; baseline and assist with the production of the WCRM LoR Integrated Plan.
• Liase with Change Control Manager and provide data for required changes and controls within the data system.
