• Liaising with other affiliate members to drive resolutions to relevant high level issues and concerns
• Managing the quality of practices and procedures employed by Atkins’ planners.
• Earned Value analysis, CPI, SPI and S- Curves to Commercial and Directorship on a periodic basis
• Periodic resource analysis for both short and long term equipment and labour forecasts.
• Providing spend forecasts for ALPAC (Application for Payment and Costs, Equipment & Personnel)
• Commercial Liaison to produce and validate actual and forecast costs.
• Lead plan and manage affiliate wide programmes to baseline and client hand back.
• Build, integrate, maintain and manage up to 20 plans across affiliate network, encompassing critical path analysis and duration/logic challenging.
• Develop and maintain resource look ahead and programme tracking database
