Birse Metro (a Balfour Beatty company) Senior Planner
- Senior Planner for £7M Greenford Station step-free access programme, planned to be designed and delivered within 2 years.
- Re-planned the design and construction sections of the programme and communicated the changes to LUL.
- Provided written narratives for 4-weekly periodic reports, monitored the health-check of the programme and advised the Project Manager for all planning issues.
Transport For London Planning Manager
Strategic Programme Planning Manager:
- Produce, monitor/measure & deliver (programme management) resource leveled (capacity management) plans to ensure the delivery of Maintenance strategic direction: improve the operating performance (reduced cost & improved performance) of the railway whilst maintaining the safety of our people, stakeholders, the travelling public and all our assets.

- Provided leadership and took responsibility for the planning processes and production of all deliverable and tender programmes.
- Contributed toward Scott Wilson’s successful submission of the Crossrail western surface route scheme for Parliamentary approval by producing the programme.
- Attended various meetings, analysed performance, provided and maintained progress reports, and advised the teams of the likely impact and recommended solutions.

- Worked closely with all area infrastructure managers and chaired the resource planning meetings on behalf of the VP of Metronet’s Asset Performance team.
- Resolved all scarce resource requirements issues related to the planning and the delivery of the Annul Asset Management Plan, overseen by LUL.
- Was responsible for the planning, coordination and management of project interfaces between Metronet Rail and its internal and external contractors.
MRIS (Metronet Rail Infrastructure Services) Planner
- Appointed to plan all maintenance works on Metronet’s sub-service lines with the use of Primavera P5, through interaction with all relevant track engineers.
- Ensured the service is delivered productively to set time, cost, quality and safety directives, ensuring all procedures and associated standards were followed.
-Represented the MRIS’s planning team during many interactions with various disciplines within the business to insure materials and trains are utilised properly.
GTJV (Grantrail/Trackwork Joint Venture) Planner
- Assigned to the ‘New Track Delivery Project’ worth £30M where responsibilities included preparing the overall project plan for tube reconditioning works.
- Monitored and controlled subcontractor’s activities and mapped out the planning process for all future tenders.
-Actively participated in the planning and monitoring of the progress of all enhanced track replacement weekend possessions on the Jubilee Line upgrade.
