- Worked closely with all area infrastructure managers and chaired the resource planning meetings on behalf of the VP of Metronet’s Asset Performance team.
- Resolved all scarce resource requirements issues related to the planning and the delivery of the Annul Asset Management Plan, overseen by LUL.
- Was responsible for the planning, coordination and management of project interfaces between Metronet Rail and its internal and external contractors.
- Made sure progress of all maintenance programmes was monitored against the plan and cost was controlled within the specified approved budget.
- Participated in the implementation of the signalling phase of the Victoria Line Upgrade Programme.
