Management of cross-functional teams to deliver multiple workstreams in Signalling Design, Rolling Stock and EES projects.

The preparation of resource and delivery plans using P3e/c including aggressive schedules with limited resource, showing deliverables, timescales, milestones and key events. Providing management information required by the Project Manager including regular reports detailing progress, spend and resource effort, against P3e/c plans.

Westfield Planner

Developed and monitored complex programmes across multiple workstreams, ensuring phasing of works were in place so deadlines and milestones were met using Primavera versions P3 and P6.0.

Co-ordinating input from project teams to deliver a single over-arching view of project progress and droplines.

Preparing project progress reports for management team and stakeholders.

Producing tender programmes for a range of different construction packages.

Providing timely, comprehensive and accurate management information as required.
