Responsible for the Programming of various Construction Activities associated with the entire internal fitting out of Pavilions B & C at One Hyde Park which is a Flagship Project of Laing O’Rourke.



Assisted greatly with the planning of works surrounding the Reception, Spine Corridor & Leisure Suite of the Development.



This also included for the allowance/integration of the Testing & Commissioning Phase of the Programmed Works.

Construction & refurbishment projects inc Natwest Tower, London Eye

Working with Cyril Sweett for McNicholas against London Underground Jubilee Line sumps & pumps

Working with Mott MacDonald and Bechtel on Crossrail as Construction Planner for the project.

Working for London Underground on Baker Street & Aldgate S8 Enabling Projects

Network Rail Modular S&C (RAIL High Output - Birmingham/York/London).

- Primary Project Planning Engineer. Collation and maintenance of engineering, design, risk mitigation, manufacturing, information technology, financial, and bearer tie trial work-stream data to form a roll-out Management Programme that conformed to a number of different delivery models.

- Responsible for maintaining a fully cost loaded Master Programme which was compliant with NR project guidelines, GRIP, reporting cycles including MBR, and KPI review.

• Extensive planning and project controls experience in Civil Engineering, Building, and Utilities. Clear understanding of commercial and contractual forms of contract. Extensive experience of developing programmes from first principles. Experience of direct delivery with civil engineering trades
