Responsible for the Programming of various Construction Activities associated with the entire internal fitting out of Pavilions B & C at One Hyde Park which is a Flagship Project of Laing O’Rourke.
Assisted greatly with the planning of works surrounding the Reception, Spine Corridor & Leisure Suite of the Development.
This also included for the allowance/integration of the Testing & Commissioning Phase of the Programmed Works.
Also assisted with the setting up and maintaining of the Project Control Room and formed an integral part of the Construction Team delivering the One Hyde Park Project.
Key achievements:
• Setting up a Baseline Construction Programme for monitoring purposes.
• Visually representing the flow of Works and Logistics on site.
• Assisting the Procurement and Commercial Department(s) on site to procure the various fitting out packages based on scope and time frames as agreed with Site Management and written into Sub-Contract with the Supply Chain.
• Reprogramming / re-sequencing as required when necessary.
• Forward Planning.
• Identification of potential opportunities and/or problems in a timely manner.
• Reporting accurately (weekly) the programme progress and visually identifying the trends during the construction of the project.
• Record keeping.
• Assisting the Site Management to make timely decisions without compromising programme.
• General Administration regarding Notice to Start Documentation to Sub-Contractors.
