Responsible for project schedule development and execution for all E&M (electrical and mechanical) works, both offshore (production, factory testing, delivery), and onshore (installation and commissioning), using Primavera P3. Project scope included 90 light rail vehicles, power supply and distribution, signalling, telecommunications, automated fare collection, workshop and passenger information equipment.

Budgetary responsibility for Project Controls Department with local staff of four. Responsible for development and execution of integrated project schedule in Primavera P3 at Consortium level for all E&M system works (Overhead Catenary, Power Supply, Signalling, Telecommunications, Automated Fare Collection, CCTV and Station SCADA) both offshore (production, factory testing, delivery), and onshore (installation and commissioning).  Other responsibilities include:Preparation of payment schedule derived from programme

My roles & responsibilities involve planning, and monitoring on project execution, resource, and contract management as per following:

• Strategic planning which includes setting up project goals, identifying project
deliverables, setting up project milestones and develop projects tasks.
• Resource planning that includes establishes responsibility matrix and man-hour loading
for labor resource and strategize requirement and requisition plan for non-labor
resource.
• Establish and execute procedures and guideline for contractual management throughout the
whole projects.

Area of Experience: Contract Management For some project, I am responsible for the contractual management and administration of the project which includes the following: • Establish standard procedures and guideline that conform to the project terms and conditions. • Execute & manage contracts entered into with vendors and contractors to uphold to the project and company’s term and conditions. • Provide administrative support to the project team and support team which includes project meetings and travel arrangement, general procurement activities.
