Planning construction of a rail-based public transport network
• Monitor the Onshore and offshore project in the scope of all activities.
• Update the completion status of individual Activities and overall Work status.
• Prepare daily Planning of construction activities with the
reference to the project Network and onsite condition.
• Responsible to manage 16 direct staffs, 3 contracts and 80-100 contractors personal (100-200 persons during maintenance campaign execution phase). Managing OPEX budget of between RM20-RM30 million per annum.
• Responsible to plan maintenance activities from mid-term (2years) up to long-term (5years) and update the Maintenance Reference Plan (MRP).
• Planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities covering all aspects of maintenance integrity & execution (MIE).
• Managing all maintenance backlogs.
• Accountable for managing schedule conflicts i.e resources capacity, load leveling, material availability, freezing the weekly schedule.
• Planning (P6 Project Planner) & monitor the Fabrication project planning and scheduling activities inclusive integrated s-curve, resource planning, costing, progress monitoring and reporting in the scope of all activities (Electrical/instrument/Piping/commissioning/structural) on work pack and site execution.
• Technical advised on installation, job scope, and technical query, as built
• Planning (P6 Project Planner) & monitor the project planning and scheduling activities for civil works inclusive integrated s-curve, resource planning, costing, progress monitoring and reporting in the scope of all activities (Electrical/structural/interior design/civil constructions) on work pack and site execution.
• Prepare Cost Trade Resourcing.
· Develop Project Master Schedule (PMS).
· Attend schedule interfacing meeting with Engineering/Procurement/Construction departments from draft up to final PMS.
· Review subcontractor master schedule and incorporate into the PMS.
