Current Role

Part of the engineering team involved in the design and planning of the construction project. Involved in preparing schedule of works using Microsoft Project and PRIMAVERA and monitoring of work progress as site. Both in RC, Steel Structure and tensile membrane structure. Prepare project cash flow, subcontract and contract management. Liaise with consultant engineers and architects. Coordinate with AutoCAD, BOCAD and STRUCAD draftsmen in preparing drawings.

Provide consultancy in terms of project planning, control and monitoring. Monitoring of work progress at site and identifying critical works affecting project completion. Preparing weekly and monthly progress report. Working in team with site engineers and project engineer to achieve target completion and other milestones. Hotmix and crusher plants production planning and monitoring.

Supervise work at site and monitoring of work progress at site.

•In-house development inclusive renovation and modification of existing factory to facilitate and support assemble, test and manufacturing (ATM) team.

•Responsible for setting-up, monitoring, controlling and scheduling the work carried out.

•Validate A/E and CM approaches to measurement and reporting of progress against schedule; consolidate progress reports as necessary for Intel senior management review, including preparation of appropriate project schedule indicators

•Review A/E and CM contractor planning/scheduling capability (tools, processes, people)
