•In-house development inclusive renovation and modification of existing factory to facilitate and support assemble, test and manufacturing (ATM) team.
•Responsible for setting-up, monitoring, controlling and scheduling the work carried out.
•Validate A/E and CM approaches to measurement and reporting of progress against schedule; consolidate progress reports as necessary for Intel senior management review, including preparation of appropriate project schedule indicators
•Review A/E and CM contractor planning/scheduling capability (tools, processes, people)
•Participate in miscellaneous “what-if” analyses as necessary
•Coordination work with Cost Engineering Analyst (CEA) on budget preparation and progress payment to contractor.
