  • - Develop Integrated Execution Schedule – Structure
  • - Develop Code Structure in P3E as per system - Systemisation Structure
  • - Data entry / import of detail job plans and estimates into scheduling tool.
  • - Create logical network of activities and, ultimately, a critical path of work and schedule, without overly constraining the schedule.
  • - Updates schedule as required – typically daily or shiftly - based on planner reporte
