• Planning and Reviewing construction program of works related to Civil /Structural/ID /MEP / Firefighting & Fire alarm/ELV discipline wise detailed man-hours, cash flow, dashboards, s-curves of the Contractor using Primavera P6 & MS Project and ensure that the Project Plan reflects the project scope and is fully resourced and cost loaded in reference to the BOQ and Engineering drawings issued for siteconstruction.
• Develop and manage appropriate program of works related to design for Civil /Structural/ID/ MEP / Firefighting & Fire alarm / ELV using Primavera P6 and MS

• Responsible for developing high level deliverable schedule, detailed project plans & Authorities Inspection & Approval Schedule.
• Project Schedule Development: Progress & Productivity Measurement, “S” Curves, KPI’s & Performance Dashboards.
• Preparation of Labor Histograms, Resource & Cost loading & Cash flow generation.
• Preparation of Accelerated Program, Mitigation Plans in case of Delay events & Reviewing Subcontractor’s Program.
• Progress monitoring of the performance of project through the Earned Value Analysis.<

Mr. Syed’s role includes leading a team of planners for all planning related deliverables, review & assessment of Contractor’s claims, advising Project Manager/Resident Engineer on contractual matters and correspondences, high management/Client presentations, project monitoring systems development and installation as per project requirements. He is currently involved in the following projects:

Ø  Maintaining critical path diagrams and computer analysis of programme to ensure project target dates are met.

Duties:

• Responsible for procurement and contract management encompassing pre-tender, post-tender and post-contract functions for packages related to buildings, infrastructure and landscaping works.
• Compiling tender documents with review of scope of work and Bill of Quantities, short listing bidders in liaison with Project Manager/ Consultant incompliance with policies and directives of the company.

• Preparation of contractual programs – Clause 14.1 for the awarded projects, in co-ordination with the project manager of that respective project, and assigning the quantities and manpower in the program for following up during updating, time wise and quantity wise.
