Role: Planning & Proposals Manager
Duties:
- Defining the project milestones & deliverables.
- Developing the project WBS.
- Liasing with the sub-contractors for there activities, access requirements, work methodolegy...etc.
- Defining the weightage of the activities & activities steps.
- Loading the programme with budgeted resources (Labor, non labor & materials), expenses, & billing value...etc.
- Updating the programme with the actuals in order to determine the earned value.
- Defining the project risk matrix and developing the project management plan.
- Critical path & longgest path analysis.
- EOT & acceleration claims preparation.
- Generating Reports & progress monitoring tools for easy tracking of the project.
