由于大型工程项目变得越来越复杂，参与主体也越来越多，若不能很好地去协调与控制各参与单位、各阶段的接口界面的话，可能会对项目的顺利进行或按时完成造成较大影响，同时在项目实施过程中会花大量的时间在沟通会议上。其实，在严格的合同环境下，界面接口工作是与参与单位的合同履行及变更索赔紧密关联的，属于合同行为。希望通过这次讨论会，大家就界面接口实现提些建议，并分享各自在以往项目中的应用经验。
