If you have experience of or ideas relating to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) we would love to hear from you. We are investigating the pro's and con's of companies and countries adopting the use of a common WBS for Nuclear New Build projects. We know there are lots of issues with this but we are looking for a few key people who would like to take on this challenge and help create a simple report and proposal of a common WBS down to the Work Package Level (i.e. to Level 4?)
