We are making good progress in peer-reviewing the Standard of Practice (SOP) for Planning & Scheduling. This is the first of our four Standards of Practice to be rolled out this year. Our second, Forensic Analysis, is due to commence peer review very shortly. We are making inroads into the remaining two; Contract Administration (for Project Controllers) and Cost Management. We are not proposing to re-invent the wheel, simply to document and reference what is deemed to be good practice. If anyone wishes to get involved in any of the aforementioned, please do get in touch with us at [email protected] and advise us which element(s) you feel able to create or review.
