Senior Planning Engineer

Responsible for preparing a master plan for the Bukha field development project, and subsequent training of local staff to update/maintain the plan.  Project comprised development of the Bukha 1 and 2 wells, and onshore modifications to the existing Rakgas facilities.

Responsible for the planning and reporting of the Hawtah to pumping station no. 3 project.

Project comprised the construction of 340km of 24” pipeline, 20 valve stations, and a pig launching and receiving facility.

Responsible for construction planning for the Townsville Zinc Refinery Project.

Work included controlling the construction planning and reporting of the 26 contracts associated with the construction of the AUD 530 Million Refinery on behalf of Korea Zinc.

Seconded to the TWM Joint Venture.

Responsible for the detailed construction planning for the AUD 160 Million Eastern Gas pipeline.

Project comprised the construction of 792km of 18” pipeline, 16 valve stations, and 4 scraper facilities.

Responsible for the preliminary planning of the Papua New Guinea to Brisbane pipeline project. The AUD 3.4b Project was in the process of obtaining the required customer base prior to entering Front End Engineering and Design, when it was put on hold.

Working with the pre-construction team within Willmott Dixon Housing to provide tender stage programme, logistic plan, resources, and method statement. Working closely with the estimators and operational team to produce a well priced and well planned tender.

I also involve in operations by preparing a construction stage programme from stage D, E, and F design period, along with procurement and construction activities.

Assisting the operational team by preparing regular progress and update the contract and target programmes.

• GENERATING REPORTS & CONDUCT WEEKLY PROGRESS MEETING
• ADVISE PROJECT MANAGER/RELATED DEPT ABOUT SITE PROGRESS AND LOOK AHEAD ACTIVITIES
• IDENTIFY AND INFORM EARLY TO CONCERN PERSONS ABOUT PROJECT DELAY, OBSTACLES
• PREPARE EOT, RECOVERY PLAN IF NEEDED
• GENERATING RESOURCES & COST MANAGEMENT REPORTS
