RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare Program

Set up project calendar

Set up Activities and Coding with construction managers

Set up resource requirements using standard outputs

Sequence & link the required activities, within given milestones.

Establish the critical path through the program

Prepare information schedule in conjunction with construction manager

Prepare subcontract appointment schedule with construction manager

Scheduling and preparation of work programme, tracking activities on site, issuing progress reports, supporting purchasing department, contract management, correspondences, progress payments, budget and cash flow.

Working as a Senior Planning Engineer with more than 16 years of experience in the project planning field. Currently I'm working in MEP Sector. I'm having Oil & Gas Experience too.

Work as Senior Planning Engineer with Arabian Construction Company since Apr 2010.

Responsible for the whole plnning matters of the Project.

Project name is Regent Emirates Pearl Hotel with a value of AED 800 M.
