 Establish schedule ‘baseline’ for all the phases and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance
 Weekly update of overall integrated project schedule including S-Curves and Histograms
 Prepare internal planning reports for Project Management and Project Team to monitor contractor project and performance

Experience in planning and scheduling FEED and EPCM Projects. Schedule development, analysis, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery plan development activities in the field and the home office.  Preparation of basis of schedule/plan document when issuing schedules for approval.

Analyzing contractor schedule updates, and use key dates to update master schedule.

Identify project risks and early warning notification of delays effecting critical path.

Preparation of infrastructure and water projects for tender and post tender. Identify defined work activities; verify durations, start dates and end dates meet the project needs.
