Project Planner, Petrom OMV, LENAG

 Establish schedule ‘baseline’ for all the phases and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance
 Weekly update of overall integrated project schedule including S-Curves and Histograms
 Prepare internal planning reports for Project Management and Project Team to monitor contractor project and performance
 Analyse FEED/EPC contractor weekly schedule updates and highlight any areas of concern
 Monitor FEED/EPC Contractor/ Sub-Contractor interfaces and highlight any areas of concern
 Actively participate in schedule risk analysis workshops
 Deputise for Planning Manager as required
 Ensure that all project planning, reporting, and change control comply with OMV corporate standards
 Ensure FEED/EPC contractor forecasting is realistic and achievable.
 Participate in weekly and monthly contractor progress review meetings
