Project Controls Manager

Responsibilities include leading Project Controls team responsible for monitoring and performing surveillance of project controls for planning, scheduling, progress performance, change order management, budgeting and cost controls. Manages documentation and deliverables from EPCC Contractors,  database including EDMS.

The Project Controls Manager is the primary leader for schedule development, resource management and performance analysis within the company.

•Managed multiple teams planning a portfolio of eleven terminal refit and refurbishment projects .
•Trained and coached staff in best practices for planning /scheduling, progress reporting cost control
•Managed progress, cost and KPI reporting analysis reports to the management team and the client.

As project controls manager/lead planning engineer I am responsible for managing cost and time of all projects under the PMCM services.My role involves  :-

Material Planner: 

• Analyzed and ordered all required material while utilizing beneficial purchasing techniques (order policies, period orders, etc.) with respect to inventory turns, cost, and lead times.
• Initiated and implemented facility wide processes which successfully lowered inventory while decreasing shortages on the production floor. Order policies, Period orders, safety stock , etc…
