Returned to home-base between assignments in Malaysia, responsible for generating schedules for tendering Rawang-Ipoh Double Track Electrification, Singapore Marina Line, Nürnberg AGT and ChangChun Manufacturing Facility joint venture, among other projects.

·     Developed and monitored the overall Strategic Master Programme for Al Barari Development Phase 1, a residential development for high end market luxury villas, with associated infrastructure, landscaping, waterways, lakes, themed gardens, and community facilities.  Approximate construction cost USD 550 million

o Responsible for the production and update of the Overhead Line & Power Supply Design Programme for the Project Alliance for the Network Rail Edinburgh – Glasgow Improvement Programme (EGIP)
o Required constant interaction with the local Design Manager and the Off-Shore Engineers as well as the daily interface with the Alliance Engineers and Planning teams
o Created and monitored the progress of Detailed Design Schedules including the requirements for all Programme interactions with relevant Design and Construction Alliance Partners.

As Planning Manager at Morgan Sindall (Welwyn garden City and London offices) I was responsible for:

• Producing tender programmes (and associated tender documents e.g. logistics plans, method statements, scaffold schedules etc),
• Producing contract programmes,
• Producing construction programmes,
• Providing independent progress reviews and advice,
• Producing detailed programmes, short term programmes and recovery programmes etc.

Wycombe Square – reprogrammed £50m live project, to recover critical delay. Completed on time.

Tendered, successfully won and delivered the programme for the RBS Groups’ re-branding of the NatWest portfolio, with a fee revenue of c. £10m/year.

Lead a team of 4 planners within the project's multidisciplinary team of around 100 staff and developed a bespoke software solution for the programme management function.

I was also responsible for meeting with clients, establishing commercial agreements, drafting contracts, and follow-up with suppliers/ vendors.
