• Preparing detailed project schedule of different projects, monitoring & controlling of projects. • Preparing and submitting of monthly, weekly and daily reports for the management and for clients. • Updating of the approved construction programs. • Preparing the presentation of weekly report for client and consultant in weekly meetings. • Preparing weekly, biweekly and monthly look-ahead programs and giving inputs to project managers for the effective management of resource, material and budget control. • Preparing cost and resource loaded project schedules. • Preparing time extension claims and financial implications for delays for projects. • Assisting Project Managers in producing the presentations for various meetings.
