Supervision of financial and physical plannning/control with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Assembly and Construction for Generation and Compression Modules as well as optimizing information between these departments as agreed with Timing and Budget of the EPC Contract (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), including regular site visit & weekly meetings.

1. Title:                       Development of Infrastructure Facilities in Hallaniyat Island

Client:                    Ministry of Transport & Communications, Oman

• Planned the engineering aspect including the design of Inherent safety in the facility project lifecycle, design for installation, commissioning and operation by adopting equipment and specification standards and innovation when appropriate.
• Planned for procurement activity with subcontractor, execution plan, HSE, QMP, Inspection and Testing.

▪ The development of the project schedule according to the commercial needs.

▪ Perform a variety of cost engineering functions including cost control, budget preparations, projected cash

 flow, forecasting, and cost reporting under limited supervision.

▪ Review project man-hours and the allocation of man-hours, labors cost, material purchasing in conjunction  

  with the planning team on weekly basis.
