Main Responsibilities- Preparation of master and detailed work schedule of the project by using Oracle Primavera P6. Preparation and determination of project WBS, activity durations and relationship between activities which is composed of 17.000 activities cooperated with the relevant departments. Specifying project critical path, assignment of the resources to the related activities, setting a tracing system for updating the activity progress (design progress, tender progress, material procurement progress, construction progress) to monitor whole project progression.
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly executive and detailed progress reports.
- Updating the work schedule with progress reports and preparation of variance analyses.
- Performing unit price analyses and market survey for the business development works.
