Planning & Cost Control Engineer

Creating, following up &updating CPM program, Cost loading, Resource loading, Prepare & submit monthly reports, Attending & participate at progress meetings. Monitor the progress at site.Prepare & submit monthly payments, variations.

• Assisted in the development of the overall plan for the project including "project time schedule, high level cost estimate and Design, Engineering, Procurement & construction planning."
• Identification of the project risks for a design and construction stages and suggest the mitigation actions required, prepare the secondary schedule & fullback plan in coordination with the project parties plans "PMC, Contractor, Legal, & financial departments"
• Review the design guidelines & the terms of references (TOR) within the request for proposal from the consultant

2010 till no: National TriGeneration CHP Company, Position: Estimation & Projects Control Manager.

2007 to 2010:  Arabian BEMCO Contracting Co., KSA, Power Plant Project (3.6 Billion SR,   25,000 Activities), Position: Projects Control Manager.

2005 to 2007: Degremont Co. – Jordan, As Samra Water Treatment Plant (250 Million USD), Position: Senior Project Control Engineer & Maintenance Planning Engineer.

     Work on Base Line and Up – Date Program

     Create & Operating Progress Monitoring System.

     Established weekly/Monthly Reporting System.

Responsible for prepartion of baseline schedule, histogram ,cash flow

Cost Control Reports ie budgeted vs actual

Coordination with procurement , estimation and accounts

planning, scheduling, cost control, prepare EOT requests, monitor progress, reporting etc.
