Planning & Cost Control Engineer

In the capacity of the Planning Engineer, I have been delivering the following tasks by leading Project Planning & Control in multiple projects. I solely handle key issues when necessary.

Planning & Cost Control Engineer, Aqaba - Jordan @ Saudi Oger, Saraya Al Aqaba Project 

▪ The development of the project schedule according to the commercial needs.

▪ Perform a variety of cost engineering functions including cost control, budget preparations, projected cash

 flow, forecasting, and cost reporting under limited supervision.

▪ Review project man-hours and the allocation of man-hours, labors cost, material purchasing in conjunction  

  with the planning team on weekly basis.

Planning & Cost Control Engineer:

• Establishing work programme
• Prepearing progress reports
• Prepearing financial reports

Installation of Shipper Pumps, Installation of Surge Relief Skids, Detergent Injection Skids, Split tees, Control Valves, Flow lines and cross country pipelines at different sections. Construction of VFD Building for shipper pumps. Construct Pipe Sleepers, above ground Pipe Supports and miscellaneous foundations.

Job Description/Responsibilities

·           Prepare the integrated schedule based on the project scope and using the information received from procurement and construction departments

·           Preparation and allocation of weightage to activities based on quantities and workload

·           Analyze Critical path and Float 

 Follow up & prepare EOT claims documents; the event, liability of the event, Contractualentitlement & compliance, cause & effect program and delay analysis. Responsible for the establishment & tracking of planning and scheduling for the project byusing Primavera. Monitor the project schedule and highlight any critical activity needs particular attention and Discuss it with project team to identify mitigating measures. Liaison with project team representative to track the Schedule based on key dates as
