- Assisted in the development of the overall plan for the project including "project time schedule, high level cost estimate and Design, Engineering, Procurement & construction planning."
- Identification of the project risks for a design and construction stages and suggest the mitigation actions required, prepare the secondary schedule & fullback plan in coordination with the project parties plans "PMC, Contractor, Legal, & financial departments"
- Review the design guidelines & the terms of references (TOR) within the request for proposal from the consultants to ensure that they are realistic & inline with the overall project development strategy.
- Determined the client purchase items, and prepare & monitor the procurement schedule especially for the long lead items.
- Analyzed and consolidated work breakdown structure (WBS) to integrate & develop the design & construction activities and the cash flow within overall programme and ensuring project constrains are addressed.
- Review & approve the contractor's construction schedule (CCS), cost loading, manpower histogram, the project's cash flow and monitor the updates, & identified areas to recover the time & reduce on cost -if any negative deviation-.
- Analyzed the impact dependencies and updates to project schedules and took mitigating actions to manage baseline target dates, taking into consideration resource allocations and constraints.
- Controlled projects schedule by Earned Value Indicators and follow up the actual cost VS budget cost and recommend improvement in progress & cost reduction and cost control measures for all stages.
- Work independently to manage and maintain the coordinated project plans, including activity tracking, change management and analyzing “what if” scenarios and their mitigation.
- Track project budgets and financials, by thorough booking keeping & monthly reporting of actual and forecast project costs.
- Review & approve the PMC's, Contractor's & Suppliers' Payments & updated cash flow.
