Responsibilities:
Construction Schedule for Projects in Primavera (P3, P5,P6,P7).
Work on Base Line and Up – Date Program
Create & Operating Progress Monitoring System.
Established weekly/Monthly Reporting System.
Progress S – Curve Planned vs Actual.
Man hours loaded in the System.
Man hours Reporting
Material tracking Reports.
Meeting With client and consultant.
Site coordination.
Follow up work schedule with sub-contractors.
As a Cost Control Engineer prepare a monthly cost report showing the possible savings or overruns for all project cost disciplines using earned value technique(CPI-SPI) and also a ORACLE ERP implementation Core Team Member.
Support Project Control Systems Manager.
Allocate the project expenditures according to the specified project budget.
Update budget at forecast quantity and forecast cost periodically.
Highlight any major cost variances and advise the project management and other respective site staff for their timely corrective actions.
Analyze the impact of change orders on project budget.
Observe site operations, compare with budget, suggest comments and reflect the project performance in the forecast calculations.
