Lead Project Planner

Orchestrating a significant mix of new construction and refurbishment projects aimed at enhancing the core of Media City.

Overseeing the planning and execution of multiple endeavors, including the construction of a 27-story new building and refurbishments of a 13-story building, a 15-story building, and refurbishments within clustered structures on the 13th floor. The total project value amounted to £300 million.

I am involved in the planning and execution of twelve and Ten stories building, consisting of 365 Apartments, including, responsibilities and coordinating schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring the timely completion of the projects in line with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

I also oversee the planning activities for constructing a new Radiation Cancer Treatment Hospital

Supervise and guide project planning team as well as devise plans of up to 106 Projects per year from Cradle to Grave both short term projects ranging from 3-9 months and longer term projects up to 7 years.

• Contributes into the Development and Implementation of planning and controls management strategy including management plans, planning tools, systems, processes and other documentation to support Project Controls / PMO and Alliance.
