Lead project planner, Petroineos, Multiple concurrent construction projects

Supervise and guide project planning team as well as devise plans of up to 106 Projects per year from Cradle to Grave both short term projects ranging from 3-9 months and longer term projects up to 7 years. Prepare, review, and present a high-level report for all refinery projects on a monthly basis to stakeholders, client, projects team, and contractors.
● Headed project operations and oversaw all the aspects of daily functional running of the team.
● Formed and inspired strong planning team to manage projects, while rendering exceptional support to staffs.
● Designed and timely delivered a number of weekly, bi-monthly and monthly reports to the client contractors and various projects teams.
● Conceptualised, shaped, and executed bespoke project plans as required for projects.
● Developed a planning guide to provide a structured framework for project planning
● Steered the successful merger of two separate Primavera databases into a single system moving the planning structure from a Cost Breakdown to a WBS structure.
● Utilised a coding structure and stage gates for all projects for the development of generic schedules.
