Dual role alongside Senior Planning Engineer. Responsible for managing the monthly cost forecast,accruals, resource profile, change process and the development of the yearly budget.
As Cost Control Manager, I was responsible for establishing an estimate for the entire project, coordinate payments within the JV partners via a participative loan scheme, and all aspects of cost control. Due to continuous cost control, realistic risk analysis, and in-depth claims management, cost predictions and estimates performed prior to award of major contracts were sufficient for the project to finish on time and within budget.

Main duties: providing service activity of investment process as cost manager on pre and post contract activities. Setting and controlling budgets and achieving commercial and financial targets, organization of tender processes, analysis and selection of offers, negotiations with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
