• Communicate with influence all levels of organization.
• Preparing correspondence to contractor for the project.
• Checking of contractor’s monthly invoice to enable quantity surveyor to release the amount.
• Manage team staff and contractors.
• Coordination with authority’s representative.
• Supervise the survey team and provide the relevant drawings with coordinates And levels.

• To prepare & Sign the Daily Site report for submission to client.

• Supervising the work and ensuring the work is properly done with correspondence to the projects and contracts, finished on time and within quality limits.

• Carried out the periodic reviewing & monitoring the project progress with client and ensured the completion of project within the scheduled time and cost parameters. • Handled the bill preparation and checked Monthly Bill of Subcontractors.

• Handled the preparation of daily & monthly progress report.
• Developed & reviewed the project planning & progressing.
• Reviewed the drawings, specifications and BOQ for speedy completion of work.

• Responsibilities
• Managed the Reinforcement & Formwork for the Block “B” of GEC II.
• Preparation of bar bending Schedule & the Formwork Quantities.
• Two weeks look ahead programs using MSP.
• Ensure the works executed as per the Quality Standards & norms.
• Ensure safety measures prior to execution of the activities.
• Highlighting the requirements & the risks to the Project Manager.
• Co-ordination with Architect for the Shop Drawings.
• Day to Day resource allocation to the ongoing activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Evaluate, organise and prioritise workload within a schedule.

·         Conduct inspection to determine all Structural & Architectural works have been done according to approved drawing (IFC) and project specifications.
