Duties & Responsibilities:
· Evaluate, organise and prioritise workload within a schedule.
· Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specification.
· Conduct inspection to determine all Structural & Architectural works have been done according to approved drawing (IFC) and project specifications.
· Manage subcontractor’s activities on site & quantities verification, conduct quality inspection prior to acceptance from the client.
· Coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure material needed for daily activities are delivered as per schedule.
· Prepare inspection request when the activity is ready and conduct joint inspection with QC engineer.
