Worked on multitude of high class luxurious finish & priced projects, ranging from 4 storey apartment to a 3 star hotel construction (basement, shell and core only) in heart of city. Actively involved in interacting with Architects, Buyers and also worked on purchase, marketing and sales team. Coordinated registration / sale of property along with the General manager for one complete project. At site, job involved labor management, preparing and executing weely targets, coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and delivery, maintaining muster, disbursing weekly wage payments.

• Overall co-ordination with the contractors.

Involved in “The Golden Quadrilateral” Express highway (Bangalore-Pune sector) by NHAI, India- The project was erection and stabilization of vertical walls (RE Walls) for flyovers and bridges for the express highway.
