- Responsibilities
- Managed the Reinforcement & Formwork for the Block “B” of GEC II.
- Preparation of bar bending Schedule & the Formwork Quantities.
- Two weeks look ahead programs using MSP.
- Ensure the works executed as per the Quality Standards & norms.
- Ensure safety measures prior to execution of the activities.
- Highlighting the requirements & the risks to the Project Manager.
- Co-ordination with Architect for the Shop Drawings.
- Day to Day resource allocation to the ongoing activities.
- Certifying the Subcontractor’s valuation.
