I am working as a Planning Engineer i an EPC company which provides Water treatment plant acroos the world.

Senior planner for the Water Treatment Works department. Responsible for all Water Treatment projects from Needs, Optioneering through Design and Construction to Commissioning. The preparation of Level 1 Summary and Level 2 Critical Path Networks and Bar charts for Design Development and Construction. Analysis of contractor’s Level 3 and Level 4 design and construction programmes. The preparation of a level 4 progress measurement system to measure design, procurement and construction.

Currently Working on the Yorkshire Water Large Contract Framework £10m +

Renewal and Change process to improve production.

Construction of the time schedule for three sewage treatment plants:

• Planning & scheduling of the engineering, procurement and construction phases;
• Methods and procedures to measure the progress;
• Weekly and monthly reports;
• Training of an engineer for the mission.

Project Controls Manager on Water Restoration Project Baghdad Iraq responsible for project controls and transfer of technology

Preparation of baseline programs and as-built program, Preparation and issue of necessary reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to Head Office and/or Client. Preparation and monitor of materials and major procurement of the project. Site supervision and coordination with owner’s representative.
