Senior planner for the Water Treatment Works department. Responsible for all Water Treatment projects from Needs, Optioneering through Design and Construction to Commissioning. The preparation of Level 1 Summary and Level 2 Critical Path Networks and Bar charts for Design Development and Construction. Analysis of contractor’s Level 3 and Level 4 design and construction programmes. The preparation of a level 4 progress measurement system to measure design, procurement and construction.
