 Preparation of project schedule loaded with resources and cost. Monitoring and tracking the project against its baseline schedule. Establish project controls system and monitor progress using the principles of Earned ValueManagement on weekly / monthly basis.

 Insures the execution of work within the program, specifications and working drawings. Handling the selection and requisition of materials and labor allocation. Planning the work and managing the construction site in order to meet deadlines. Insure quality control and safety measures on the site, and implement local regulations.
