Planning and managing of all conversion project schedules in Remontowa’s Yard. Monitoring, updating progress and resources. Managing the group of six field / progress planners and three project planners. Advising to Project Managers during planning and construction stage of project. Development of schedule layouts to show information requested using Primavera P6 software.Representing the yard in all aspects of planning and scheduling.

Profile Dealt with the production, electrical design and testing of penstocks, kiosks of vacuum circuit breakers industrial coolers for cooling motors and generators up to 5 MW. Assisting quality control plan, preparing bar chart for production, getting drawing approved by customer and delivering the product at time, deciding production schedule were the works conducted by me. Achievements Got promoted to production engineer from electrical engineer within 6 months of joining the company providing and managing excellent output

> Assisting Planners & Senior Planners in analyzing the project progress

Detailed Functions (ship repair):

·         Coordinate to the in-charge project superintendent/manager to get work specification regarding the project.

·         Planning and scheduling of manpower and the availability of materials needed in the project considering the date of completion.

·         Review approved plans and working drawings if any new fabrication/ conversion/ modification involved.

1. Ship-repair Supervisor:

- Control working part follow progress & quality

- Take care HSE items for working teams (around 200 MP)

- Clarify drawing to be avoided missing items that need to re-new as DNV's rule

- Final all items by internal checking before invite Owner

Completed 10 vessel of PCTC project (Pure Car Truck Carrier Vessel)

2. New ship-building Supervisor:

- Control budget hour on each unit/block.

- Advise KPI + efficiency to push working part achieve target.
